Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation may be subject to a cancellation fee.
b. Trainer/Consultant Cancellations:

In the event that a trainer or consultant needs to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we will make every effort to provide you with a suitable alternative appointment time.

If we are unable to find a mutually agreeable time, we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future consultation.
