Brian has been in the fitness industry since 1999. He received his degree from UW Platteville in Physical Education & Health Promotion.  Brian is the owner of GFB Outdoors and the Director of Train To Hunt.

GFB Outdoors was created to help meet the needs of individuals heading into the outdoors and specializes in helping individuals and groups prepare for their next adventure such as backpacking, snowshoeing, fishing or hunting.

When you are miles from civilization your fitness level is critical and can be the one thing that saves your life when disaster strikes.  When most outdoor enthusiasts are competing in their event they are usually alone or in small groups miles from civilization and hours from search and rescue teams.  It is Brian’s goal to get you as fit and strong as possible so small accidents do not turn into big disasters and if disasters do happen you are healthy enough to survive until help gets to you.
